I'm seeing a therapist tomorrow for the first time... I'm so so nervous though!

You'll do fine...there is likely some reason for you to be going - depression forum suggests its for depression. Therapists get nervous too when they are seeing someone for the first time. There's no pressure on you. Just speak your mind and go in with a grateful heart. If you can get along with the therapist for 50 minutes, then you're on the right track. Best to you.

It did go well actually, she was so understanding and supportive! She seems like she knows exactly what I'm talking about.
