I wanted to get some opinions. I have been in a deep dark black hole for 1 wk. now. I have a sick dog who is going to the vet on mon. have waited very long for this appt.,of course my depression decides to act up now. I feel like i belong in the hospital hanging on by a thread. Hubby can take him but i feel guilty over this & he always looks for me. I am trying to hold on the best i can.
Hugs from:

The well-being of you or your dog is your choice to make. Feeling like you belong in a hospital is very serious. Your dog will be just fine.

I wish you well.

You need to take care of yourself, let your husband take care of the dog.

As you said hubby can take care of the dog. You need to do what is right for you if you have a therapist I would get ahold of him/her to see what they think. But if you are truly holding on by a thread I think you should trust yourself to go to the hospital and let them help you make the decision. Take care of yourself...

Dogs love their people, even when things aren't perfect.

Let your husband take care of your dog. You take care of yourself. Your dog will still love you no matter what. Best of wishes to you.
