So, let's just start off by saying I hate myself. I have a lot of reasons for it, but even if I didn't I would probably find reasons. It doesn't matter what I do, I feel like I'm always failing. It's really hard to stand on my own two feet sometimes because I have zero support at home because everyone I live with is very ignorant on the subject of depression. My depression isn't even that bad anymore, but I still hate myself and I can't tell anyone. I'm not even sure I want advice right now. I just want support to start off with. I know it's a long road to fixing this.

Yes, it is a long road and improvement is made in small steps. Every morning you wake up is a new opportunity and chance to change yourself for the better. It's nice to have family or friends to support you when you feel weak, but you should be your own best friend.
