I am in the up and down mood that I am and not to offend others in the chat room, I feel it is best right now for all involved that I walk away for the time being. I am depressed, mad, hurt, and extremely emotional right now. I feel alone in this world, I can't explain or express all the deep feelings that I am going through. All that I can say is that I really hate life right now and I honestly do not want to be a part of it anymore.

I hope that each of you take gentle care of yourself always.

I'm sorry to hear you're in such a dark place....been there. Just wanted to share some coping skills I learned alone the way that worked for me...taking a hot shower/bath....turning on your music...going for a drive (a change of scenery usually helps distract your mind!)...watching a movie (again, the distraction!)...anything to calm yourself and not become so overwhelmed that you do something you regret later. I hope things get better. Good luck!

Hi ShyOne, this is a big site and at different times people will fit in in different places of it. So maybe it's good right now that you've found yourself here. There are a lot of really understanding and supportive people here and I hope we can help at least just a little with the way you're feeling if you can stick with us.
It sounds like you're going through a really tough time right now, and you're feeling very vulnerable?? It's got to be hard for you to cope with everything coming at you/going on for you. Maybe something has happened to cause these moods, things building up, pressures you're feeling??? Although sometimes finding a way to feel/be more in control of what's going on for/around/in you can help a lot and help you find solutions to some things or to see some things differently........it might mean taking a "breather"/a step back/making some changes/or pulling on support to do that and maybe we could help if you need support/ideas.
And sometimes it's about recognising triggers when they're coming at you, sometimes the smallest things can be triggers but recognising them can help a lot and finding ways you're going to handle them when they come along.
But then sometimes we just need someone to reach out, be there for us, give us some understanding/empathy for starters.
So if you can tell us a bit more about what's going on for you it might really help........
And the feeling of being alone.........well I'm glad you came to us, at least you're not so alone now, we're here for you.
