I was feeling OK for most of today but now I'm not feeling so good. I don't know why but all of a sudden I went from being OK to feeling totally depressed. What do u do when u r depressed for no reason so there's nothing to think positive about or try to fix? Is this the way it's always gonna be?

Over the years I have had on and off depression. I felt like I've gone awhile without any, but just recently it came back. It's hard to know how long it's going to last. It can go away because it has before. But it seems like it's going to be for an eternity when it comes on, especially at first.

There are times when I think that the episode I'm going through now seems more severe than in the past. But I think that's not really true, unless something had happened that was bad that never happened before.

It does seem stupid to me that I can have that feeling of depression and there's no reason for it in the present. With me, I guess it comes from thinking about the future and how dreadful it's going to be.

The only thing that helps me is to go on a bike ride or walk. It clears my mind. It takes the sting off. But the depression comes for me in the mornings and for most of the afternoons.
Thanks for this!

I am and she's great. I wish I could have her here all the time. I'm trying to hang in but sometimes I wonder why I am.
