So lately ive been feeling a lot more depressed than normal. The last time i felt this way was maybe 3 years ago. I feel like im drowning and no matter how I try, I cant reach the surface. Anybody have any small tips on little things i can do to cheer myself up? However small it may be.

Perhaps you could give yourself a relaxing day, full of all things you like? I find when I treat myself, a good book, a nice meal and what not I tend to perk up a bit.
You could try expressing yourself creatively as well.

By the way, welcome to PC and I like your username! Deadpool

I'll be watching this conversation thread because I'm looking for some similar hope.

A brief fragrance, as a fine perfume, or a flower?
