I want to cry.....
I want to burst, explode, lose control..... I want to feel something other then impending doom... I want to give up..... |

Cry. Cry all you want. I won't judge you. Did you know that each tear has it's own DNA?
Burst. Explode. Lose control. As long as you don't harm yourself or others. You can't keep your true emotions hidden forever. Coke bottle theory. Write down the impeding doom and burn it. Literally. Burn it up in the fireplace. Or flush it down the toilet. Then turn on some music and sing as loud and as badly as you can. Or look up cute pictures. Funny youtube videos. Take a bath. Squeeze a pillow as hard as you can. Squeeze a ballon until it pops. True, these won't make it go away, but it will help you get through this. And this won't last forever.  I promise.But whatever you do, don't. give. up.  You can do this, friend.

Stronger's advice is perfect, 17. I have to do the same thing - I know exactly how you feel. But after you cry, burst, explode, lose control... you feel a little better each time. It's like through every tear, you shed a little sadness with it.
