That is me, that is one word that will always describe me. I swear, I can't do anything right. I always f*** everything up and make everyone's life more difficult. I'm not wanted by anybody, I can't even perform simple obvious tasks without f***ing everything up. If your asking me to do you a favor, you might as well be asking a mindless robot, I can't follow simple directions, pay attention, or do things right. F*** my life.

Hi lonewolf, sorry you are having a hard time right now. I am sure you are not such the bad person you think you are. You may need to find a distraction, like posting here, or listening to music. Love and hugs to you. We care.

Sorry you're feeling down. I can relate. I've messed up appointment times repeatedly (NOT like non-depressed me) and forgotten to pick my kids up from school multiple times. I never think about dinner prep until 30 minutes after everyone in the house is starving because I've lost the ability to plan ahead. I forget to return phone calls and emails and pay bills and get the oil changed in my car until there's a crisis...etc. ad infinitum... Perhaps we AREN'T as incapable as we feel, but depression sure makes it feel like we are. You're not alone.
Thanks for this!
