Happy birthday!

Sorry to hear that you aren't feeling well today. I know that my birthday is usually a trigger for me and is always miserable. I'm glad that you are getting treatment for your shoulder but do you think you might consider getting help for your depression? It's always good to have an unbiased person to talk to. In the meantime, feel free to post/vent here.

Hi Lonestar,

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!

AND welcome to PC!!!!!

I'm really sorry things have been so tough for you, but I hope you can find some of the support you need here. There are plenty of really understanding and supportive people around here so please feel free to have a look around and post whenever you're ready/whenever you want to.
And I'm sure a lot of us understand the "life's what you make of it" saying can be way easier said than done, and especially with depression on top of things. So let's start more at the beginning with a little support, hey??

Hi lonestar, thanks for getting back to us
I'm sure the aval must have been disappointing/disheartening to hear
Then maybe without the PT (that is physiotherapy isn't it???), it could have been worse do you think?? If so, got to have been worth hanging in there for.
Although either way, worth a shot, so well done!!!
Might you be trying another course now though (sometimes results can be slow) or other options to look at??
