Does anyone know of any readable books on depression? aka, books that are shorter and less intimidating and overwhelming looking to read? Thanks. Also, I posted here earlier about depression. Don't think it went through though.

I usually stay away from them for some reason. There are a ton of self help books now it seems on overcoming depression based on re wiring your brain or neuro plasticity. I do read a lot of research on the internet.
I am most of the way through "The Noon Day Demon" by Andrew Solomon. It is pretty long. It is based on his own experience and very extensive research. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
