I hate so much. I am living in hell. My mind wont let things go. I cqnt stop dwelling on everything. I want to hurt myself daily. When will this end?

On the one hand, here's some professional advice from a three-part PsychCentral Blog:

By Erika Krull, MSEd, LMHP
Depression and Letting Go of Negative Thoughts
Replacing Your Negative Thoughts

In my opinion, perhaps the best observation there is that tackling negative (or obsessive?) thoughts head on usually fails. A gentler approach in which the negativity is identified and acknowledged often works better.

Wishing you the best in finding something to bring you relief.

I'm curious, how exactly does hurting yourself improve your situation. Honest question.

I'll never understand people that hurt themselves, like most people don't understand why someone would commit suicide.

Respectfully, I think that someone injected guilt in our minds. Humans are born guilt free. My hope is that if we have learned guilt, we can unlearn it.
