This morning I got out of bed at 6 am. I ran a half mile, came home took a bath and then made myself some hot cocoa. This is the most productive I've been in about 2 months. I can finally see recovery in the distance and I am feeling what can only be described as hope. Thank you to everybody who's been helping these past months

Posts like this give me hope and I thank you for that. It's so very desperately needed.

So glad I can touch somebody. It does get better. I swear. I know I am obviously still in recovery (it was just one day after all) but I can feel it.
