Going down and I don't like it can hear my therapist saying hang in there, ride the wave, this too shall pass. I wish their was a magic pill or something.

It is taking me almost half a day just to get going and then the rest to do dishes and get a meal ready for the hubby gets home just not enough.

Fuzzybear could you tell where there is a good cave to hide in...

Life who needs it...

I wish there was a magic pill or something that made this all better as well. Depression stinks. Love and hugs to you.

I wish someone would make that magic pill also. Positives is that you did do dishes and got a meal ready which is better than not doing so. Even small steps count.

It's great you managed to complete those tasks while feeling so low! Remember to take care of yourself too and I find that occupying myself with something (such as friends or a funny show) really helps. Sending you love and positive vibes

Hang in there. Keep trying new things until you find something that works for you.

Hi Snuggles, hey no "just not enough" hey??!!!
I'm guessing what you did took a lot!!! So you see that for the accomplishment it really is!!!
I know you won't have done anywhere near as much as when you're feeling "OK" but the amount of effort you put in was probably well above and beyond a day when you're feeling "OK". So you give yourself credit, all right??
And the hang in there bit, well yes, but that doesn't need to mean you have to pretend things are all right, you can still talk about what's going on for you and your feelings/let them out/reach for support while you're hanging in there.
So maybe worth talking to your T?? And you know you can talk to us anytime, too
