the last few weeks have been a black hole. greif is very hard to deal with when you lose a loved one.
now my med is kicking in and i can see some sunlight.
yesterday i wented to class for the first time in 3 years and things went well. i hope this will change things for me.
i have not felt like the end was near for a few days now.
so made there is a rainbow at the end.
thanking everyone for there help sunshine and depression

That's awesome news, Samm. I'm sorry about your loss, but I'm so glad you went to class. That's a huge step. Making a change in your daily routine -- having a reason to get out of bed in the morning -- can make a big difference in your mood. I'm glad you're seeing some sunlight. May it keep shining on you!!

I am glad that you found some light at the end of that tunnel. It's great that you were able to go to class again. Keep taking it one step at a time and focus on what today brings....
