Today I realized that I reached a new low when I Googled how to kill myself without anybody noticing.

Major Depressive Disorder

Fetzima 80mg
Lamictal 100mg
Remeron 30mg for sleep
Klonopin .5mg twice a day, cutting this back

Absolutely, it is time to ask for help. It may be best to talk to someone who is trained as well, since family and friends can sometimes be unpredictable and you appear to be in a rather fragile state

Don't feel alone. I have done the same thing so many times in my life. Hopefully you can get help and get better. For me, it never does and each time it gets worse.
