People are kind when their surrounding conditions are good and ssatisfactory. When conditions change and become unfavourable, they become irritable and angry. Remember the saying "When others are good, we can also be good. When others are evil, it is easy for us to become evil." Anger is an ugly and destructive emotion. All human beings are subject to anger in one form or another in their daily lives. It is a negative emotion which is dormant within us awaiting to flare up and take control over our lives when the occasion arises.

How to face fear?
If you have three things that make u panic, write them down on three cards or paper separately. Then put the first card(the least fear),for example, if presentation in front of class make u worry, you can imagine the situation as details as you can, and deeply breathe until you feel calm. If you no longer feel panic on this issue, then jump to the second one and do the same thing, deeply breath until you feel calm .And then the third one. Always practise it! |
