remember T's are only book learned, we have to show them what our real world is like

ain't that the truth..........someone asked me how i could be a substance abuse counselor/therapist (cause i'm clean) and i said i lived it......i was married to an alcoholic for 13 years.....the degree was only to hang on the wall.......... and it helped that both of his parents and his aunts were all alcoholics. i had the best time!!!!

this is good news. glad you're able to add yet another person of support on your team of healing and well being. takes courage to keep facing the inner and outer ick in all of us.

do cookies play into this anywhere? like as in after sessions? that's our suggestion if the going gets hard. angie's right......train 'em well from git go for best results.

yeah a bucket-full would help right about now : there is not an adequate grumpy face to express frustration w/ session today :

it is so very nice to read of the good things in ppl's lives especially when they have lived for so long weathering the IRL crud rather solo. it will be so helpful for you to match up with some savvy soul there who can match you step for step and help you not only find your own groove again but get downright funky in that groove.... <---that's the crowd grooving to your groovy funk in support. a funk-in? a groove-a-thon?
