i find myself posting on a message board at 6.45am on a tuesday morning cos i turned on my laptop to do some stuff before work and i can't even write anything

can't get my *** out of bedhave a whole list of 'shoulds' to do

i just feel like crying and saying %#@&#! it all and not ever going to work again and sleeping and maybe drinking a few bottles of wine to stay asleep

heh what a pathetic way to be

im sorry i know people are in a lot lot lot worse state than me but i just dont even think i can be bothered anymore. today is freaking me out. i wish something would happen so i dont need to go to work

Hello DS.
I hope things get better for you today. Everyone has a bad day every now and again. I sincerely HOPE that you will consult your therapist/DR to let them help you during this time. Take care DS. Soidhonia

everyday i get up draggin myself out of bed to go to work and i never think i can do it but i do
it gets so hard
it gets so tiring
but its what we have to do to survive
if i didnt do it
surely i would have died

take care
and if at all you never need an excuse for a sick day
ppl at work need not know what is going on
ppl have rights to privacy
drs dont write on the cert what is making you sick
never once in all my sick days have i told
the most i say is that i just wasnt feeling well
and never once did they press me for an answer..

too many days off thou makes it harder to go back

stay strong!!

if i take days off then stuff to do just piles up ... and we have no capacity for people to be sick atm ...

i just wish something would happen.

i know thats terrible but its easier.
