I had to cancel a t appointment to not give this cold to him, but I'm paying for that decision. I've already thought of sui and used si methods. My body feels like crap, and I have a headache.... that turned into a migraine. Which is making being upright very hard. There was also a change in medication due to dizziness which improved the dizziness but created a bad migraine. I'm trying to treat the migraine.
That's almost the easy part. My head hurts so much that my focus is off, and typing is hard.

I am sorry that you had to cancel your appt with t and that you are feeling so crappy. this night used to be the worse night of the year for me, was always planning my death but I have finally let go of that over the last few years. I was supposed to go out with a friend tonight and watch the fireworks but I was too anxious and had to cancel. plus I haven't been feeling too well myself, really bad headache today. so I will probably sleep thru the new year. so hopefully you can get some rest and not get too caught up in your negative thoughts. maybe go into a chat room and celebrate the new year with others so you are not alone. take care.

I am sorry you are going thru such a hard time. I have dealt with depression and migraines and both are horrible. My migraine medicine, amitriptyline (which ironically is also an antidepressant) makes me so tired and sleepy I tried to stop it. Then I got migraines so I will need to get back on it. I cannot function with migraines so I will have to deal with the side effects. Best wishes.

I can't function with migraines but I can function with just regular headaches. I was on amitriptyline, but had to get off it. Which brought the migraines back, so they tried a different med and it has increased the dizziness. Feeling crappy doesn't help things. Luckily I woke up with just a headache today, but it was at 4:30 am after falling asleep at 9pm which isn't bad, but still I wish I could sleep more. At least I have Netflix, Coloring and a good book to bring in the new year... what a different way to spend it. then again I normally work the New Year, but this year we got it off... which feels weird.
