Thanks for the article. It does have a lot of good advice, however, when in the depths of depression I have trouble doing any of those things. It seems that only when my meds are working, that I am able to follow through on those suggestions. But I think if we practice them while we are out of depression the easier they will be to follow through during depression.

Thanks for the article. It was definitely a good one. I do agree that while in severe depression, sometimes all I seem to be able to do is lie on the couch and watch t.v. but lots of good tips for boosting happiness when motivation and "ability" is there.

Good list, but sometimes I can't really keep up with those happiness standards. I wish in my future to own a dog so he will keep me happy in my life That's a key to lightening my depression and possibly meds.
