Not horribly depressed. Just kind of numb. Flat. Not really treading water; more like a dead man's float

That is how I get. Numb, flat, flat affect, never smile, can't tell you how many times people have said that to me.

How do you guys fight it?! I have this struggle too. It causes me so much frustration and hopelessness!
