*<font color=red> Have More Fun:</font color=red> In cases of mild depression, this simple remedy is sometimes enough.

*<font color=red>Cognitive Therapy:</font color=red> You can't talk yourself out of depression but congnitive therapy can help you learn to recognize and correct depressive thinking which will keep you from becoming more deeply depressed.

*<font color=red>Exercise:</font color=red> Exercise, particularly strenuous aerobic exercise, elevates mood, relieves anxiety, increases appetite, helps you sleep and improves sexual functioning and self-esteem. It also helps normalize chemical imbalances in the bran that have been linked to depression.

*<font color=red>Psychotherapy:</font color=red> Long-term psychoanalysis has been replaces by short-term (4 to 5 months) "talk therapy".

*<font color=red>Support Groups:</font color=red> Depression makes people feel isoloated. Support groups help them realize that they aren't alone.
