Hi folks,

I was wondering if any of us have had success with alternative therapies, or if there are any suggestions about which alternative therapies work best with certain disorders.

I am diagnosed with depression/anxiety/panic disorder. I've had a lot of relief with Shiatsu (although it's expensive), and more recently with Reiki and guided meditation. Also, using this board has been a good therapy.

It would be interesting to share some information about our experiences and successes with different alternative therapies.

Cheers, Myzen Do any alternative therapies work for you?
