Finally doing better - just wanted to give you all an update. You have been very supportive. The celexa has kicked in - my sleep is so-so, but I am feeling much better. I finally don't feel half-dead or suicidal. I know it may not last, but I am just grateful to be ok right now... Anyway, not bragging, just wanted to share how I'm doing since I haven't said much in awhile.

Thanks everyone. A bit down tonight though - maybe I spoke too soon - it's just that I've been better for 2 weeks, so I thought I was in the clear... Hopefully it's just a blip. Sorry to disappoint...

thanks bipolar bear...
wish i could just say - i'm better and mean it!! so frustrating. I have fallen really far down in the past, and am scared to get there - to actually be formally hospitalized (almost was last time)... or worse - to actually do something i won't be around to regret...

Mental health is up and down anyway, hopefully the meds will help to stop you sliding down too far.

We are here for you if you need to talk.

Having trouble getting up in the morning, but was able to do it, so I guess it's better than yesterday...
I guess I had this idealistic idea that if I consistently stay on the right meds, I would not feel like a zombie anymore. I'm very distractible lately - yesterday, I went out with a friend, and despite checking my addition 3 times, I still added up the tip wrong - the waitress came to tell me - how embarrassing!!! I know how to add! and my driving sucks - my mom was stressed out when I was driving the other day, and said that I need to pay more attention to the road... What is going on?
