Im already stressed enough as it is with current family situation, job situation along with major wisdom tooth pain which causes headaches... To top it all off my friend since the 7 th grade died this morning. I honestly don't know how much I can take at this point. I just feel like i'm going to break soon. I feel so stressed & depressed I don't know what To do any more. Ive felt like this alot in the last 3 months... I don't know how to shake it.

I'm sorry all these things are happening all at once TigerLight.

It's not suprising it has taken its emotional toll.

Losing a friend is not easy.

Take some time out to look after yourself each day, regardless of whether you feel like it or not. Read a magazine, take a bath, go for a walk, a cup of coffee - anything that involves just escaping things to clear your mind.
