OK so I'm always a little depressed and lonely but it seems to get worse at night I can't sleep at night because I am so depressed and scared I usually wait until daytime to sleep

does anyone else have this? Anything to make it easier?

What does everyone do when they're depressed to lift them out of it?

I have been there. I don't like to go to bed at all. I am wondering if it has something to do with my childhood years. You are not alone as I sometimes think too much at night and that just makes my depression worse. I sometimes do sleep better in the daytime. I hope you feel better very soon. Try some soothing sounds when you start getting sleepy. I usually run a fan or listen to soothing music. Best wishes.

I don't have trouble getting to sleep I use a fan to block out the sounds of the cars driving on the highway I am talking about the depression and loneliness I get at night
