Why is life so hard. The simplest of things is like a huge struggle. Comments like "its not rocket science" and "dont know why you just cant get ready and go". Is it really worth the effort when nobody understands.
I need what energy mental and physical, i have to get myself to work. Its only a small part time job but it keeps me sane ish.

Comments like ones you mentioned are un-sympathetic and judgmental.

You asked, "Is it really worth the effort when nobody understands?" It absolutely is. You need to put the effort in for yourself, not others, and especially not for those who don't even put in the effort to try to understand what you're going through.
Thanks for this!

Hi Lanini,

I only realized after I un-depressed myself the extend to which being depressed is a constant drain on your energies, even when I wasn't actively feeling stress. The contrast is amazing. - vital
