Not to diminish what your saying - Your probably not as different as the rest of us at PC.
It is scary! Sorry things didn't go well with p-doc. Maybe the therapist will go better tomorrow? It is very hard to stop the downward spiral This post may be a bit triggering to some - especially the last statement - you may want to edit and put the trigger icon on it. I've added it to my reply
