Hello and welcome to Psych Central pkv89!!! It's nice to meet you. You have joined a community of warm and caring members who will want to offer you support and advice. Yours is welcome as well. Please feel free to contact any community liaison or moderator if you need help navigating the forums.

This is the nature of depression. Everything appears dark and dull. We tend to withdraw from others when depressed causing loneliness. Are you seeing a doctor for your depression, on medication or in therapy? These can help lift or make your depression more manageable.

pkv89, I am sorry that things are so bad for you at the moment. Is this your first time to be depressed? Ruftin offered good advice. Things will improve. I think ayurvedic medicine has good treatments for depression, too.

Everyday things like trying to get enough sleep, eating regular meals, getting sunlight and fresh air, and telling your problems to someone you trust can help, too. If there's no one in your life that you want to share such personal things with, the people on this forum are good listeners.

Thank you for sharing your life issue with us.

I would start meditation, exercise, and also get some sun everyday. If you don't feel better after a week you should go see a medical professional.
