I've started tracking my mood and sleep. Does anyone else do this? Do you find it helpful?

I track mine hoping it will be of use in the future. Already, we(my therapist and I) are seeing a seasonal trend with my depressive episodes.

Best wishes, Gayle

I was doing this for a while but then I got lazy about it. Working 12 hours a day for 5 days a week has seemed to get me disorganized. I think it does help and it helps to see what causes a bad mood swing and what seems to help.
