I feel hopeless. The holiday and I have nowhere to go. I have no car and nowhere to go. I need to sell my house. I have no hope. I was in the stress center last weekend. I have a cat that I need to take care of. She is sick and needs me to care for her.

I have general anxiety disorder, too. It sure makes living with life stress hard. It makes everything seem worse.

I hope your cat feels better soon.

Best wishes, Gayle

Hi Friend

With all your problem you still care for your cat. that makes you a very compassionate soul. if you don't have a car why don't you take a walk to a park? connect with nature it will heal you
