finally got to make my 2nd post. have it sussed now.feeling pretty low these past few days. lots of problems with my daughter. she has autism. I love her so much but I am really struggling just now.the last thing I need is another episode of depression ican feel it settling over me like a cold grey fog getting in my nose and mouth. hope for better tomorrow.

I know that feeling, I hope it goes away before it gets worse. I know that it must be challenging to deal with a child with autism and suffer from depression, too. Wishing you well.

Thanks all for your lovely messages of support and all your hugs. I do get a lot of help with B. but it's complicated and her care isn't easy , for me or the professionals . She is a wee star though and always bounces back from whatever life chucks at her. Joined a choir tonight - what a good experience. Hope it will help me. Not too bad tonight, it's the mornings that are the pits. Sending good wishes to you all.
