Issue is that I'm not in therapy and I have a dr I see, but I don't like her too much. I don't want to reach out but I'm afraid I'm becoming too much to handle. I'm afraid people will just give up on me.

If they become worse, please go to your emergency room or call a suicide prevention hotline, which are posted here (sorry I can't link to one right away).

I know how difficult it can be to reach out, but we are here if you need anyone

You can come here, talk on the forum. Sometimes it helps a little bit. There are also online chats for when you're thoughts are really strong and you want to talk about it. It's like a suicide prevention hotline. For when talking on the Phone is too hard. I don't know what site there are for this in your country.
If it really gets too hard too handle for you, you can better look for a therapist. It can be really hard to deal with this on your own.

This might sound nuts, but it also might help to really look at why you're suicidal. Something is either in your life or lacking that is making everything intolerable. Find out what that is and change it. It won't completely take away the pain, but it could make it more manageable for a while. And don't dismiss what I'm saying as "everything is awful." Okay, yeah, it probably is. But maybe your boss is killing you - get away from her, quit or transfer. You're lonely - go be around people. Find out what the worst problem is and do something about it. Even if you fail, knowing that you've tried, might be enough to hold on for a little while until some real shifts happen in your life.
Thanks for this!
