I'm sorry you are simply so sad. You took the thoughts right out of my *%$#ed up head. I haven't been able to stop crying all night. I'm sure you don't need more sadness thrown your way. I just wanted you to know you aren't alone.

I am fighting with depression but last night someone has trown a spear in my heart and it did hit deep. Very deep.
This morning I have to go to work. I am having a hard time putting that smile on my face. A hard time blocking the sadness. A hard time blocking my life. Thank you all for caring. It means a lot to me. ps That "someone" is from my real life. |

I know, by experience, that I must not focus on my sadness. I know where it can take me and it's really not in a good place. It just sometime after a blow like this one it hurt so much and it leave me without strength. Discourage. Hopeless.
I will eventually get over it like so many time before. I will push it aside deep down in my heart. I will keep it silent with all the other silent hurts. Thank you all dear kind people. There is not enough people like you in this world. Love you all! |
