I think that point number 19 applies to me the most. Lately I feel that I am further up than that point. It's a nice feeling that the depression seems to be away from me now. But I have been through those periods before. And then it can come back. Sometimes for a good while and sometimes for just a little bit. But yet it's scary for me to have feelings that things are OK now. I have some anxiety and unsure feelings right now, though.
