It's very dark for me today.
It aches so much inside. Solid rock in my stomach. Tears stop start stop start. It is just really dark for me today.

Oh, hon! It's so hard to feel like that... Has something special caused this or did it "just" appear? You're in my thoughts, dear one! The tears will stop falling when the time is right. Until then... let them come... You will feel better again! I'm here if you want to talk.
