It's so damn frustrating. I felt a little better for a few days and then, to day I feel like crap again. Unhappy. Feeling inadequate. I hate life.

I agree that the fluctuations of my moods can be very frustrating. Today I feel okay but two days ago I was where you are. Not knowing what the day will be like is very discouraging. I hope you feel better again soon.

Yes, I mean the few days before today I thought I might be getting somewhere. Nothing out of the blue happened, just back to what is "normal" for me. Which is no motivation, no pleasure, constant anxiety and thoughts of what you mentioned Stillintending. That is my "normal."

I keep logging on here and reading posts as IŽve had 3 good days on the trot but I know a bottomless pit awaits me at some point very soon. Then IŽll be ok for no reason, then IŽll be zombified, no rhyme no reason. Just remember that there will be some more good days to come, try and treasure them and remember them when you are down.
