Hello, everyone.

I'm currently feeling pretty down (as down as I could possibly be, to be honest).
I'm currently hanging out in the support chat. If you want to help out, please drop by; I deeply appreciate it.

If you want to read about my story and problems in greater detail, here is a link: http://forum.psychlinks.ca/showthrea...2229#post62229

Hello (((PEJORATIVE)))
Welcome to Psych Central. I would like to come and chat with you today, but unfortunately I have no chat room entrance, due to the fact that I have to use the library computer on the weekends. If you go into the chat room then someone will usually come to talk to you in the chat room for support. I am generally in chat on Monday-Friday at different times until 1PM, if you would like to chat PM Monday and I will be glad to chat with you after 10AM. The hotline number for crisis is 1-800-273-TALK if you need to talk to someone is person. Also if you are having a crisis at this time call your Dr office or go to the Local Emergency room for treatment. Take care of yourself looking forward to talking to you in chat next week. Soidhonia

Hi there... saw you in chat but you were busy and we were not really able to connect... not sure what you were so busy with but glad to provide my feedback.

I read your bio here and I would tell you that you need to keep searching for a T that you can relate too. You are young and have much to give the world and the world has much to teach you and give you. Sometimes the right T is difficult to find but there are ones out there that you can enjoy working with. It is not easy work but it is worthwhile work. Given the depression depth you have found, particularly right now, you would be good to have some meds too I bet but you need to get talking. Your friends will be good to offer support and diversion but they are not educated in how to help you and they will not be able to give you what you need medically.

Please reach out and get help and find someone there that can assist you.

Also, I do believe in my Seasonal affective disorder light SAD and use it here while I am at my computer. I love it. It will not be the thing to heal you while you are so deeply depressed right now but it will help and it is a dandy light.

Take care. I will keep an eye out here if you care to respond.

I'm still here.
I would appreciate if anyone read my profile on the link, and come to the chat afterwards. I'm usually in the support- or teen chat

I'm glad you found PC. I like responding to threads - chat rooms make me nervous and usually confused at whose talking to whom
