No need to apologize, please try to resist harming yourself and try to think of things that you would like to do that would make you happy. What helps me when I am like this is to imagine a person that I know very well in my head and I loop through all of the nice and encouraging things they have said to me. Try to combat the negative thoughts with positive ones, don't let it beat you keep trying don't give up.

I think you should seek some medical assistance if you haven't done so.

I am seeing a psychologist and psychiatrist but they don't know what to do with me anymore. I like I am a horrible person.

Why do you say "I am a horrible person"?

Go in there and start asking about what the strategy is for you. Ask both the psych and the therapist. If answers REALLY are unsatisfactory then find another. But ask yourself. Is it because you dont want to do what they say you need to do?

Eden, I am not sure what you mean when you say you are a horrible person, I am not sure if you mean that you did horrible things then you deserve what you got?

No don't say that you are NOT a horrible person. You are just going through a hard time in your life. You will get better soon just have to keep pushing forward beautiful. I have faith in you. I'm kind of a hypocrite bc I think the same of myself but what I've learned from others is that we have to RECOGNIZE that this is not really US talking this is that stupid DEPRESSION! YOU ARE GREAT! i dont even know you but girl you're wonderful!

Thanks for this!

I do not think how to say this but in my opinion , this is not the way things work in this world I think . Bad people do not get any punishment naturally, people do not get a mental health problem because they are bad. But sometimes guilt makes us be sick or get a mental health condition. Do you think that can be your case?

I agree with you in this: some of us are born with some tendencies to acquire a mental health condition, but i think we can do something about it. Sometimes there are additional issues (poverty, other illnesses, etc, that affect us, then recovery is even more difficult

I understand you, sometimes it happens to me, as well. In an ideal world, what would you like to achieve, what are your dreams?

I live with people and I really can't think of anything. I never know what it want it is like something is constantly missing and no matter how hard I try I can never find it.
