Is there anything which could distract you a little? Like music or TV?
I wish I could say something useful.

Not really I have been trying but lately music just feels like it adds to the noise in my head. I don't know I am super stressed and feeling rather run down and ugh I don't even know anymore.

I know that you're in a terrible place, and I feel awful because I can't change that.
But, I do care and I know that there are others on here who care as well.
I really hope that you find some relief soon.

I know you don't want to hear this but- there are medications that can provide you some relief. Is there any way possible you can work with your therapist and pdoc to help you to be able to get to a place where you can take a medicine?

I know the voices in your head tell you bad things will happen - but you're in
such a bad place now, what could be worse?

If you tell them, hey, I CAN NOT take a medicine - maybe they can help you find a way to be able.

At least a trial of medication. I think that is the best route for you to get relief.

Things can get better. I know you're overwhelmed and exhausted now, but there's always hope. Please hang in there and rest as best as you can. You can get through this.

I'm sorry to hear that
Do your teachers know about this? Would they take this into account?
