Hi again, Lima01. Yeah, I've been doing MoodGym and it does seem to be working for me and helping me. Really, anything that promotes a healthy CBT program is going to be helpful. Believe in yourself and the world will believe in you. (Hey. I'm not one of those freaky cheerleaders that's go to tell you to buck up. I'm in the same sinking boat your in and we have a hell of a lot of holes to plug up. But we can do it if we really try.)

So far I like the workbook it has its good points , It beats going to a therapist all the time . It hasn;t asked me for anything unusual , I think it is backed by the australia heatlh service . This is their page .
Health and Housing in the ACT and The Australian National University.
"MoodGYM is a free, interactive internet-based program designed to prevent and decrease symptoms of depression. MoodGYM comprises five interactive modules. These are designed to be completed in order, as each module builds upon material covered in earlier modules.

From MoodGYM, we hope that you will learn how to feel less stressed, depressed and anxious, and be better able to cope with your life!"

It seems okay to me .

Thanks for the feedback , I'm going to continue on the workbook . It makes sense to me . I'm not expecting miracles but just some help .
I just learned that my anxiety may be caused by a traumatic event-- ptsd but is treated like anxiety with same meds. It doesn't have to be related to war or death . So I know what started this depression, anx cycle and maybe I can face that fear . I guess you have a choice fight , run or freeze in place depends on your decision at the moment . Now I have to slowly face that fear. tough one but i guess its the only way .I''ll be talking to psch next week . Take care of yourself.
Thanks for this!

Last night was setback for me .I woke self-- shouting no no stop stop, bad anxiety , maybe the workbook is bringing stuff up and my mind is fearful of . definitely nightmares . Took more meds three times during the night, not good sleep . Now I'm tired . Got learn to meditate .
Yesterday was rainy so I didn't do anything but stay in my room . That usually is bad for me to.
