I believe everyone has methods that work for themselves specificly. Some people need different measures to help. I've felt like this before and for along period of time. For myself I looked at the big picture, what I wanted, who I was and options I had. If things weren't what I prefered I tried to accept it and look to a positive future in the situation. Acceptance was the huge thing for me, and the hardest part. In my situation it wasn't as bad as it seemed, and it was pretty bad.

hmm... I remember getting into music a lot, I'd download make playlists put them on my iPod . just listened to music, walked around . not sure what your energy level is... wine pure depressed you don't feel like doing anything. I used to take long baths too and just enjoy the warm water, watch tv . I'd count the days till I turned 18 or was old enough to go out on my own. do you have other friends u can hang with?
