You're a loser, you don't deserve anyone's love or even simple kindness you're a burden an embarrassment, none of your friends or colleagues really like you. It's just a cascade tonight why won't it stop!

Hello annoyedgrunt84. Maybe your meds should be reviewed, you are on a very low dose of a/d. This is your depression talking to you, making you think negatively. Please see your physician and talk to him/her about it.. Best wishes

have u talked to your doc about snickers meds? Xanax works pretty well for those spontaneous attacks, works under 30 minutes and gives you 3-4 hours of calmness . Ativan didn't do anything for me except sleep for 2 hours, trazodone does the same but gives you a really bad fog and a headache in the morning.

I had a spell like that and just laid down and just thought- it's in your head, you'll get over this, you have to get over this until I got tired and fell asleep

I sympathize. I go through the same thing. My mind is my worse enemy. Sometimes I listen to soothing music and it helps.

Yeah, I've been where you are with the addition of this is hopeless and what's the point. Even though I'm on meds and going through the whole process it still picks at you. I end up watching youtube videos on depression, its science, lectures, TED talks, etc. I can't stand to watch TV, its what normal people do and it just reminds me that I'm depressed. Sometimes the news helps like BBC America or sometimes the NASA channel. It will keep your mind partially off those thoughts.
