I was put on an antidepressant that shorted out my short term memory so I overdosed on my meds. The next thing I knew I was in a hospital with a tube in my nose stuffing charcoal down my throat. I recommend that no matter hard it gets don't od on your meds.

Yes, I agree. I had a friend that had a similar thing happen to her and she said the same thing.

I was constantly forgetting whether I had taken my meds or not so I got one of the pill holders that you fill for the week. It has four little chambers per day so, being that my meds are twice a day, I can set it up to last me for two weeks. I also set alarms on my phone to remind when to take them. If I question whether I've taken them or not, I just look at the chamber for that time. Just a couple of ideas for you.
