Last weekend was such a terrible weekend but today I feel much better. Still have trouble with low energy level and not wanting to do very much except sit on my butt. Does anyone else have that problems with their meds? I think it is the medication that is making me so apathetic and listless. Been think about trying some time without it. Am scared to try but really want to see how I do not on medications. Have been taking Lexapro and Desaryl for about three years now and have not been off it. What do you all think.

Why not discuss it with your doc about changing dosages or meds? You never know exactly how they will effect us...

For the last three years has it pretty much been the same apathetic and listless or is this just recent...something also to consider in this...

Well its only been in about the last two or three months that I've felt like this. Of course I do fell like that when I'm really depressed but this feels different. I've talked to my pdoc and he has lowered my dose on the Lexapro to see how I do but I told him that I was thinking about getting off all my meds and he said we should do it slowly and only one at a time to monitor how I do.

Sounds like you doing what's right with the meds and your pdoc...

You mentioned though it has been the last two or three months...have the two of you talked about what things have been going on during this time?
