i've always been so negative, always thinking about worst, speaking about worst, describing how everything hopeless. this end up effecting on me and others

depressing, the negativity issue end up depressing others especially those who are close to me and know my issue well which make them feel its hopeless to help me then end up leaving me

all this and my negative life events which still doesnt have good reason to make me brighter makes me so depressed that i started thinking about worst, hoping to die. i would never think about suicide as its not solution and i've to have faith in God as this must be for reason, but we are weak humans and i just cant handle this it got worse 2 years ago and doesnt want to completely leave me alone no matter what, but i've to keep going as i can

Negativity is part of depression. We all have to fight it. Depression is not for sissies. I hope yours gets better soon.

It is extremely hard to get over negativity. It is a pattern that once adopted it is really really hard to overcome. I think for me what helps is trying very little goals that sounds almost trivial, like finish a book, or join a reading group, or like learn something new.

Once I achieve something I feel positive of achieving more. The trick is to start with baby steps. Also friends help on this process but to be honest most people are kind of negative and while you need some cheering in the process, it also feel nice if you have to be in the position of being the positive one for once. It is hard but it put you on perspective to realize how everything is really relative to the point of view you adopt.

yes its like a personality stuck i cant change or even notice until i think about it

i'm writing a series already, its pretty big but i dont mind i really loved it and characters and ready to continue even if i felt down and not interested in writing i leave it then return to it later.
i have a close net friend who follow everything about this series and even speak with its characters as i can change my personality easily, but sometimes we fight thanks to my own non changeable depressing and negative side and we already did few days ago and she doesnt want to message back till now
i've another net friend who handle me and support me, but she's usually busy, and i really wish my other friend just try to ignore this issue, i know it makes her sad to see me like this, but fighting about it worsen it

im also sick from being tied to education, i've college left, but being tied to schedule, exams, how people speak here about non educated or not that good educated person really stress me out, i prefer working on what i love when i want without schedule
