Encouragement sometimes can be found in us so deeply that it stikes a path to success. Have you ever watched a movie and was motivated to do something and didnt do it? it didnt get too deep. But thats okay!!!! its a prove fact that this life offers everyone another chance! So dont get down if your down. Dont get down if your stuck. I have seen the light. I HAVE made it through. I dont know your story but if you ever need encouragement please message me!

What about if your mental healthcare team and therapist independently say "it's your personality and how you relate to family etc." and "you're not likely to see a dramatic break through, learn to live with it and be realistic"
