It has rained all winter, I don't think that helps at all it is so hard to look forward when it is so miserable outside. I hope your cave is warm and dry right now, remember there is nothing wrong with not thinking about the past or the future and just concentrating on now. I hope that when the sun does come out it helps you feel better.
