I just returned from the hospital emerge and discovered that my fatigue was not just depression. I have been diagnosed with Diabetes Type II. I had a sister who had Diabetes Type I. She has passed away (medical reasons unrelated). The knowledge I gained from her experiences with diabetes makes me feel less threatened, but I am realizing now all of the foods I cannot eat....BUMMER!

My regiment was already cut for cholesterol levels, now I have to add in Diabetes. I won't be able to eat anything it seems. Can anybody reassure my food fears?
