I have been home from hospital for two weeks and I'm already heading back to the place that means I need to go back in.. I really am going nowhere, just round and round in circles over and over again.
Possible trigger:

I'm aware I should tell someone but I don't want to. And it's not that easy. My friends are all too busy, living miles away and just don't have the time of day for me anymore.

I have a new care coordinator who actually seemed like she might be decent when I saw her last week. Made all these plans and now I can't even get hold of her. Waiting to hear the outcome of a professionals meeting they had to know how they plan on treating me next but still after a week no one has been in touch, and I can't get through to them either.

So it feels like I'm back at square one. On my own with no support.

I've got no pretty words right now but I just wanted to let you know I read this and am thinking about you. It's so frustrating when we think we're getting better and then our brain's like NOPE SORRY.

Thanks. I'm so tired of it all though. I am alone, that is the thing. Still can't get my care coordinator on the phone. I just need a bit more support right now and I can't get it.

Are you sure your friends (irl) would not make time for you? you might be surprised, they might come through if you give them a chance?

I'm sorry for what you're going through. I don't have an answer either, I wish I did. you deserve better care. could you auto pilot and go through the motions to get situated? I can see the case worker wanting to help... but I wouldn't be surprised if budget cuts have limited their services.
